Clara Florey, Co-founder (and Head of DISPRUPTIVE London)
With over 20 years’ experience in PR, digital marketing & social networking, Clara is a London-based PR, marketing, social media and digital professional.
She is the co-founder of DISPRUPTIVE, a full service international PR and marketing agency that specialises in working with ICO/STOs and clients embracing Blockchain, AI and IoT technologies. Prior to founding DISPRUPTIVE, Clara was the founder and CEO of www.wearebottle.com, which she grew and then sold as one of the UK’s top 50 PR agencies (PR Week).
Clara has specialised in working with DISPRUPTIVE start-ups for the past decade. She has worked with some of the world’s biggest brands, across deliberately diverse sectors. She is an expert in managing the communications programmes for ICO/STOs and for brands using technology to make ‘things better’ – whether that technology be AI, IoT, or Blockchain.
Clara is also an expert in network effects, a marketing and PR ‘must’ for marketplace platforms.
Clara works with brands with big ambitions, which need support in creating and communicating compelling offerings to their target audiences. Her experience in running her own company gives her a commercial edge – she supports her clients from a marketing and PR perspective, but with a company’s commercial requirements at the centre of her thinking and recommendations.

Oliver Cheatham, Co-Founder (and Head of DISPRUPTIVE New York City)
Oliver heads up DISPRUPTIVE New York City, and specialises in working with disruptive brands. Like Clara, Oliver has extensive experience in creating and managing integrated PR and marketing campaigns for ICO/STOs.
Oliver has a decade of strategic marketing experience, specialising in creating and managing marketplaces and network effects, based between New York City and London.
Oliver started and directed strategy department at NYC digital marketing agency that focused on developing go-to-market and growth strategies for early stage, first round, and second round startups.
He has extensive experience with comprehensive strategies and tactical plans across branding and marketing.
He championed all projects from planning, strategy, social, creative, development, & launch.
His experience working a diverse range of clientele including ICOs, FinTech, CPG’s, e-commerce, mobile apps, and professional services.
PAUL SCOTT, Head of Strategy
Paul is the Head of Strategy at DISPRUPTIVE,
a world-renowned ICO/STO PR and strategy advisory company, and also leads a global blockchain and STO / ICO development advisory He has deep-level expertise in FinTech, GreenTech, InsurTech and Big Data ecosystems, including utilisation of leading-edge technologies that underpin the ecosystem’s development. His focus for the last 2-years has become the inherent benefits in Blockchain technology and the nascent opportunities this presents for a decentralised global economy to the benefit of all, equally.
In particular, his experience has extended into cryptocurrency launches, acting as team member and/or strategic project advisor both formally and informally, and in the construction of in-depth strategy, Blockchain use-case development, token economics, mechanisms and distribution and all relevant content required including whitepapers, pitch decks, pitch presentations, investor memoranda, information memoranda and one-pagers.
Prior to his current endeavours, his passion for the environment saw Paul developing a GreenTech consultancy business, with a view to matching projects and technology in the eco-system to drive beneficial results in low-impact energy generation. Technology was the underpin, and the related benefits the driver.
Paul gained an expert level of understanding of the markets, competition, geographic, macroeconomic and global factors impacting customer experience in his 18-year financial services career, culminating in the position of Group Treasurer & Head of Global Markets for multiple banks. This has given him a highly developed level of Risk-awareness and enable him to become fully proficient in the language of change management.
His focused and motivational leadership skills have been developed over time in order to allow him to create personal impact and influence on colleagues and counterparties to derive the win-win outcome. He exhibits an influential and performance driven nature, utilising initiative, conceptual thinking, communication skills, energy and commitment to focus on exceptional results.
He utilises his superior level of communication skills that enable him to articulate risk and commercial reward in a meaningful manner. He is an experienced change leader able to bring about cultural change evidenced by multiple successful geographical relocations.
GIO LOGUA, Head of Marketing
Gio is the Head of Marketing at DISPRUPTIVE.
Gio has worked extensively within the Blockchain/ICO/STO/Crypto space, managing marketing campaigns for players in this space, including FlipNpik.io, Ternion.io, Mogutech.io, Seba.swiss, Aziza.io, Multiven.io, HunterCorpRecords.com, and Olymp.Capital.
Prior to his role at DISPRUPTIVE, Gio worked with Legal Cost Finance, PX Chambers, Legal Case Management and PX Paralegal - legal brands operated by the Kohen Rapoport Group.
Gio has a deep understanding and passion for supporting brands through creative design and application. Gio has meticulous attention to detail, and brings a holistic approach to a brand’s marketing and PR efforts. Gio’s strengths lie in creating identities, planning marketing campaigns that increase customer loyalty and persuade action, implementing engaging social media activity, and in building and designing websites that are based around an excellent user experience (UX).
JILLIAN GODSIL, Head of PR

Jillian has held senior positions with global PR companies in Sydney, Singapore, London and Dublin. She was PRO of Iona Technologies (Ireland’s first company to float on NASDAQ). She changed the law in Ireland in 2014 and is a former European Parliamentary candidate (as an independent).
She is a co-founder and journalist in the Blockleaders.io. She freelances for Irish Tech News, Irish Central, The Irish Independent and The Irish Times. She has her own radio shows on DublinCityFM and EastCoastFM. Her first job after graduating from Trinity College was as a systems analyst with JP Morgan.
She is advisor to a number of ICO/STOs, has been named a Crypto Queen by In Zero Conferences as well as listed in the 50 most influential women in the global blockchain rollcall. She is named amongst the top 10 people in Blockchain in Ireland. She was voted into the top 20 global Hedera Hashgraph Ambassadors in 2018.
She is a board member of the US Blockchain Association and of EOS Dublin. She is CEO of Blocknubie.
She has been shortlisted for the Image Business Woman of Year 2018 and also shortlisted for Woman of the Year by Women in IT 2018
She keynotes and chairs blockchain events around the world – including Kiev, Austin, Muscat, Columbo, Dublin and London.
