With over 20 years’ experience in PR, digital marketing & social networking, Clara is a London-based PR, marketing, social media and digital professional.

She had her own successful PR/social/digital agency (, which she founded, grew and then sold as one ofthe UK’s top 100 PR agencies (PR Week).

Clara has specialised in working with disruptive start-ups for the past decade. She has also worked with some of the world’s biggest brands, across deliberately diverse sectors.

She is an expert in managing the communications programmes for ICOs and for brands using technology to make 'things better' - whether that technology be AI, IoT, or Blockchain.  Clara is also an expert in network effects, a marketing and PR 'must' for marketplace platforms.

Oliver heads up DisPRuptive New York City, and specialises in working with disruptive brands.  Like Clara, Oliver has extensive experience in creating and managing integrated PR and marketing campaigns for ICOs. 

Oliver has a decade of strategic marketing experience, specialising in creating and managing marketplaces and network effects, based between New York City and London.

Oliver started and directed strategy department at NYC digital marketing agency that focused on developing go-to-market and growth strategies for early stage, first round, and second round startups.

He has extensive experience with comprehensive strategies and tactical plans across branding and marketing.

He championed all projects from planning, strategy, social, creative, development, & launch.

His experience working a diverse range of clientele including ICOs, FinTech, CPG’s, e-commerce, mobile apps, and professional services.
